Advocacy and Coordination Services Only
Provider’s services may include:
Communicating with businesses, agencies, or third parties at the Client’s direction
Assisting with documentation, correspondence, and process navigation
Coordinating information and facilitating communication
Provider does not have authority to:
Make binding decisions on behalf of clients
Sign agreements or accept settlements
Represent clients in court or legal proceedings
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Outcomes depend on third parties, external organizations, and factors outside Provider’s control.
Provider makes no guarantees regarding:
- Resolution of disputes
- Responses from third parties
- Timing or success of advocacy efforts
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Making all final decisions
- Reviewing and approving actions taken on their behalf when required
Third-Party Interactions
Provider is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or performance of third parties, including businesses, agencies, vendors, or service providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided.
Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Arbitration and Governing Law
Any disputes related to services provided are subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.
These services are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
